Include any custom cleaning requests for a more precise quote. All estimates
are subject to change during the survey or after cleaning. Client and
staff input and feedback are used after the first and second clean to
establish the time frame suited to both client and staff.
Work is billed according to time even if time exceeds estimate. Clients
may prioritize workload and set time frames suited to their budget.
The office
can provide a general estimate as a guideline, but no estimate is binding.
