The standard maintenance clean consists of:

| 2) | vacuuming, sweeping, mopping of all floor surfaces |
| 3) | an intensive clean in the bathrooms: disinfecting all surfaces |
| 4) | an intensive clean in the kitchen: disinfecting all surfaces |
| 5) | clean resettlement dust |
| 6) | spot cleaning (time dependent): light fixtures, door knobs, door frames, walls and surfaces |
| 7) | garbages emptied |
